Say you already have a Scalev FREE plan account. You’ve tried out Scalev’s features and now want to upgrade to access a more complete set of features.
  • For example, to add a custom domain so you can build your own brand,
  • Or to get a lower Scalev fee,
  • Or maybe to publish more landing pages (the free plan only lets you publish 3),
  • Etc.

Scalev offers 5 plan types:
  • Free
  • Lite
  • Basic
  • Pro
  • Ultimate

How to Upgrade from FREE to Lite

1. Log in to your Scalev dashboard 2. In the bottom-left corner, click the Billing menu > Click the Upgrade button. 3. Select the Lite plan > Click the Select Plan button You can choose Monthly, Semi Annually (every 6 months), or Annually (per year). 4. Select an available payment method. 5. Complete payment and confirm. Once payment is successful, your plan will activate automatically. If your plan doesn’t activate shortly after payment, contact Scalev CS for assistance.

How to Upgrade from a Paid Plan to a Higher Plan

For example, you’re on Lite and want to move up to Basic, Pro, or Ultimate. You don’t need to pay the full price. Just pay the difference based on the remaining active days of your current plan (prorated). Example: If you’ve been on Lite for 10 days and want to upgrade to Basic, the system calculates the remaining 20 days — so you only pay the difference between 20 days of Basic and Lite. Steps are the same:
  1. Go to the Billing menu > Click the Upgrade button.
  2. Select your target plan > Click Upgrade.
  3. The system will show the amount due.
  4. Complete the payment.

FAQ

Q: Will my data be lost when I upgrade?
A: No, all existing data from your previous plan stays intact.
Q: Can I downgrade back to FREE?
A: Yes, after your paid subscription period ends.
Q: Can I downgrade to a lower paid plan?
A: Yes, using the same process as upgrading — just click the Downgrade button to the desired plan.
Q: What payment methods are available?
A: Bank transfer (Virtual Account), Credit Card, and QRIS (depending on available options at the time). You can also use your Active Balance — earnings from product sales in Scalev.
