The first thing to check is whether the following fields are:
  • Name,
  • Phone number,
  • Location (district & address),
  • Payment Method

Second, is the product recorded in inventory? Cleanshot 2025 04 29 at 09.02.02@2x If it’s recorded in inventory as shown above, make sure the stock is configured in the Product → Inventory menu. Cleanshot 2025 04 29 at 09.06.35@2x
Third, is the warehouse set up correctly? Example: Cleanshot 2025 04 29 at 09.13.58@2x Then make sure that warehouse is configured in the Store menu. Go to Store → Warehouse → Open Cleanshot 2025 04 29 at 09.18.43@2x Then select your warehouse. Cleanshot 2025 04 29 at 09.19.48@2x
  • You can select All Warehouses (safest option)
  • Or select a specific warehouse where the product is stored.
Once done, don’t forget to click Save in the Store settings.
If you’re using a Courier Aggregator, in addition to the 3 points above, you also need to check these 5 points: Point A, Have you integrated with the Mengantar or Lincah courier aggregator? Cleanshot 2025 04 29 at 09.26.19@2x
Point B, Enable the couriers handled by Mengantar or Lincah in Settings → Courier Cleanshot 2025 04 29 at 09.32.01@2x Click the gear ⚙️ icon on the courier to change its aggregator.
Point C, Enable the Mengantar/Lincah courier in Settings → Warehouse Cleanshot 2025 04 29 at 09.36.30@2x
Point D, Enable the Mengantar or Lincah courier in the Store menu. Cleanshot 2025 04 29 at 09.38.51@2x
Point E, If you’re using a landing page, enable the couriers handled by Mengantar or Lincah in the order form. Cleanshot 2025 04 29 at 09.42.13@2x Once enabled, don’t forget to click Save and Publish.
