When you run an email broadcast campaign to a customized recipient list, some emails may end up with Bounced status. Bounced means the recipient couldn’t receive the broadcast email you sent in a campaign. Causes vary:
  • Recipient inbox full
  • Email server down
  • Custom domain expired
  • …etc
This means that customer contact will stay Bounced until you manually remove it to Not bounced. Here’s how:
  • Open the Customer page in the Mailev menu
  • Find the Customer contact marked Bounced (red label)
  • Click the Bounced button — this popup appears:
After clicking Restore, the customer’s status changes to not bounced (no red label). Once the customer contact is no longer Bounced, you can target that recipient again in the next email broadcast campaign. Hopefully the recipient can receive your broadcast email without issues.
