When you run an email broadcast campaign to a customized recipient list, some emails may end up with Bounced status. Bounced means the recipient couldn’t receive the broadcast email you sent in a campaign. Causes vary:Documentation Index

- Custom domain expired
- …etc
- Open the Customer page in the Mailev menu
- Find the Customer contact marked Bounced (red label)
- Click the Bounced button — this popup appears:
