When You Can Withdraw (Pending Balance Becoming Active)

Cleanshot 2024 12 15 At 19.34.12@2x Source: https://docs.xendit.co/id/settlement IMPORTANT Regarding EST Falling on SATURDAY/SUNDAY/MONDAY or Public Holidays & Joint Leave Days If the EST date shown in the Balance menu falls on a Saturday/Sunday/Monday or on a Public Holiday & Joint Leave Day, the settlement process is usually delayed 1 - 2 days from that EST date. This matches information from Xendit, which states: Settlement will be processed on the next business day because many banks & clearing systems don't fully operate on weekends. In addition, inter-bank reconciliation or manual checks (for certain transactions) can add 1–2 business days, and if there's a national holiday near the EST, it can add more delay. So please be patient 🙏

Withdrawal Tutorial for E-Payment+

If you use e-payment+, the withdrawal method differs from regular e-payment in Scalev. With regular e-payment, you can withdraw directly from the Scalev dashboard, while with e-payment+ withdrawal cannot be done through Scalev. To withdraw your e-payment+ balance, log in to the Xendit dashboard. Login link: https://dashboard.xendit.co Use your Xendit account login details. Not your Scalev account. Scalev Login ≠ Xendit Login
