This happens because your order status is Created, meaning the order data received is incomplete. The question is: what data is actually required? It depends on the product type:

Physical Product:

  5. Payment method
  6. Courier
If you use COD payment and want the courier to appear, follow: https://tutorial.scalev.id/pembayaran-cod/ If everything is enabled in the order form but courier still doesn’t appear, follow: https://tutorial.scalev.id/unavailable-courier/
