Re-integrate
- Delete your Telegram Account.
2. Reconnect Your Telegram Account
Uncheck Notifications
Still in Settings > Profile, click Configure Order Notification with Telegram
Uncheck all items in the notification configuration. Then click save.
Test Order 1 (REQUIRED)
After unchecking the notification settings, go to your landing page and place a test order with complete details. This test order is required. Note: No notifications will be sent to Telegram for this first test order. Continue.Check Notifications
After the test order, go back to Configure Order Notification with Telegram and check all items again. Then click save.
