Order notifications not arriving in Telegram even though you’ve integrated and linked your TG account? Here’s how to fix it:

Re-integrate

  1. Delete your Telegram Account.
Go to Settings > Profile > Delete Telegram Account 2. Reconnect Your Telegram Account

Uncheck Notifications

Still in Settings > Profile, click Configure Order Notification with Telegram Uncheck all items in the notification configuration. Then click save.

Test Order 1 (REQUIRED)

After unchecking the notification settings, go to your landing page and place a test order with complete details. This test order is required. Note: No notifications will be sent to Telegram for this first test order. Continue.

Check Notifications

After the test order, go back to Configure Order Notification with Telegram and check all items again. Then click save.

Done

Place another test order. Check for the notification in Telegram.

Important: Follow the steps above in order.
