Gross Revenue = The final invoice amount paid by the customer Net Revenue = Product price minus product discount minus unique code Adjusted Gross = Product price minus product discount minus unique code minus shipping discount Example case: Agus checks out and buys a physical product — 1 plain t-shirt at Rp100,000 with a Rp15,000 discount and Rp25,000 shipping. Agus gets a Rp5,000 shipping discount, then chooses a Virtual Account (VA) for payment with a 5% VA fee. So: Product price Rp100,000

Adjusted Gross Revenue

Another example: Surti from Aceh checks out and buys 2 units of a skincare product at Rp150,000 each. Surti gets a free shipping promo for all of Indonesia. Lucy from Jayapura also checks out and buys the same skincare product as Surti, but buys 3 units. Lucy also gets the free shipping promo for all of Indonesia. The packages are shipped from Bandung via Ninja Express to each buyer’s address. Surti and Lucy choose Virtual Account as their payment method with a 5% fee per transaction. You can choose whichever of the 3 purchase event value options best fits your business.
