If you didn’t enable QRIS payment but a customer ordered using QRIS, you may have enabled one or more of these eWallets:

GoPay

DANA
-
LinkAja
These three eWallets automatically convert to QRIS when your customer fills out the order form directly from Desktop (PC/tablet) not from mobile.
This is because these three eWallets don’t provide a dedicated QRIS that can be opened directly from desktop.
Questions:
Can the customer still pay for the order?
Yes, the customer can still pay for the order — just using QRIS. 😇
Does the money still go into E-Payment Balance?
Don’t worry, the money your customer pays still goes into your E-Payment Balance. 👌
Does the transaction fee follow the original payment method or QRIS?
It follows QRIS 🙏
