Step 1
Make sure you’ve connected the TikTok pixel in Settings → Analytics → TikTok PixelNote: leave the testing code empty unless you’re testing

Make sure the event trigger is enabled in your store settings.

Make sure the TikTok pixel is set on your landing page.
⇣
Step 4
When a prospective customer opens your landing page, the TikTok pixel in Ads Manager will show the View Content event.

When a prospective customer fills out the landing page form, the TikTok pixel in Ads Manager will show the Initiated Checkout event.

Step 6
When you change the payment status from unpaid to paid, the TikTok Complete Payment event won’t automatically check — you need to refresh the page first before the checkmark appears.
