  2. Transfer — the Scalev Fee charged upon withdrawal

Payment Fee

Payment Fee Detail
  1. The total amount paid by the customer
  2. The fee charged by Xendit (payment gateway)
  3. Tax remitted to the government (11% × IDR 4,000)
  4. The net amount credited to the Scalev user’s balance for that transaction

Transfer Fee

Transfer Fee Detail
IDR 6,914 = 1% of the transaction amount.This IDR 6,914 represents the Scalev Fee applied at the time of withdrawal.
